DT-208是为封装工序特别研发的，特殊的一液型树脂。
DT-208 is one component special liquid type resin designed especially to 　compatible with adhesive for die.

     ② 热变色性低。
         Low thermal discoloration.
     ③ 形状保持的安定性。
The thickness is fixed.

3)硬化条件　Curing Condition
100℃/1hr＋150℃/2hr.　＜推荐；Recommend＞
