Product overview
The digital pathology system is mainly composed of digital slice scanning device and data processing software.
Firstly, the slices are scanned by digital microscope, and the image is acquired. The scanning platform moves in the direction of XY axis in a predetermined way, and focuses automatically in the direction of Z axis.
Then, the single scanned image collected by image processing software is filtered to extract feature points, and then stitching is processed to generate the whole full-field digital slice. The vehicle platform adopts linear motor and integral structure design, which avoids the backhaul error caused by the structure and driving mode of traditional servo motor or stepper motor, and improves the scanning speed and accuracy.
The platform adopts grating and professional motion control card to complete closed-loop position feedback and motion control, which ensures the excellent motion characteristics and positioning accuracy of the platform.

Use environment
Room temperature: 5 ~30.
Because the refractive index of the leaching solution changes with the change of temperature, in order to obtain the ideal image quality, the room temperature should be controlled at 22 ~25 C.
Humidity: Relative humidity 45%-85%.
Vibration: Small vibration. Microscopes are best placed on a shock-proof worktable, otherwise, when viewed with an oil mirror more than 60 times, the image will flutter.
