    本设备的光源采用可视半导体激光，受光部采用了38万像素CCD摄像机的超小型角度变位测试装置。通过投光光学系统与受光光学系统分开而不会使测定范围变得狭窄，能保持照射光束的细小直径。

    另外，采用了偏光光束分配器，1/4 λ 板，使得光的检测效率极高，对低反射微小面积的倾斜测定也异常容易，而不用选择应用。

     

     ▇ 原理图示

    激光准直仪原理如图所示：通过激光LD发射的激光到被测定物体，读取其反射光，从而达到时对角度检测的目的。
