CJ 200 IC Material Pipe Pallet Converter
1. Automatic feeding system: 30 pieces are stacked at a time. When there is no feeding pipe, the manipulator will ask the operator to add the feeding pipe, and the empty feeding pipe will be sent to the empty feeding box.
2. Dumping bucket: driven by servo motor, the IC in the material pipe is sent to each track.
3. Multi-track: The number of tracks and trays is the same, IC is discharged into the tray one by one.
4. Material tray rack: empty tray rack and full tray rack can stack 30 trays respectively. When empty tray has no tray, the manipulator will ask the operator to add the tray. When the tray is full, the manipulator will ask the operator to take the tray away.
5. Material tray trolley: Driven by motor, empty material tray is sent to the loading position, after filling, it is transported to the full material tray.
6. Automatic discharging system: send the full disc under the full disc rack to the full disc rack for storage.
7. The system is controlled by computer to display the operation of the machine, the location of the fault, the cause, the solution and some calculation results of the control system, such as UPH, JAM and so on.
8. The alarm lamp has three colors: red, yellow and green, indicating the different state of the machine and what kind of help the operator needs.
