    特別是針對”矽晶片”，”砷化鎵”，”石英”，”藍寶石”，”玻璃”，”雲母”，”陶瓷” 及”金屬” 等材料。

     

    ■ UV plus [O] is the magic!

    有機污染分子(如"光阻劑"，"樹脂"，"人類表皮油脂"，"清潔劑殘留物"，"矽油"，"助燃劑" 等)。經吸收短波長之UV 輻射(253.7nm) 即變成激發狀態之分子，再與活性氧原子[O] 起反應/ 結合，即形成易揮發之分子，離開物體表面，如此即達到其清洗之效果。
