    本系统主要应用于微机电系统 （MEMS） 干法蚀刻工艺，比如大面积挖深槽（洞），悬臂梁等结构。
    本系统采用无水氟化氢蒸汽（VHF）结合无水乙醇蒸汽蚀刻能有效的防止上述现象的发生。由于采取了无水氟化氢气体的蚀刻方法，使得蚀刻结构较小的部件和深腔部件变得非常容易。
    采用PLC和触摸屏人机界面，精密控制温度、流量、压力等工艺参数，加上特殊设计的腔体结构、匀气机构和晶片旋转结构，可以有效地控制反应过程，提高蚀刻均匀性，同时保持较高的选择性。
