Shanghai Zhongyi Automation System Co., Ltd. was established in April 2001, specializing in the research and development, manufacture and sales of integrated circuit automation equipment. Our main business is integrated circuit testing, packaging machinery and equipment, that is, the development and sales of sorters, tape machines. There are 47 employees, including 11 R&D engineers.

After more than ten years of operation, we have accumulated considerable experience in the development and application of integrated circuit testing and packaging automation equipment. Our products are broader, more mature and stable, and more applicable. Our machines can be packaged in SOP, DIP, SSOP, TSSOP, MSOP, QFP, QFN, BGA, LBGA, LFBGA, TO series, etc. In terms of structure and function, there are single test station, double test station (including series, parallel), four test stations, semi-automatic and full-automatic from the degree of automation. In order to meet the test requirements of different characteristics, such as high frequency, high current, weak signal and high voltage, we specially developed a variety of test mechanisms to adapt to them.

With reasonable advanced mechanism, material and processing technology, our machine has high quality and long service life. It has stable performance and high efficiency in use. The cost of use and maintenance is very low. The structure of the whole machine is simple and easy to be accepted by operators and maintenance engineers.

We have a strong R&D capability and can develop special professional equipment according to customer's requirements.

Through our efforts and the support of the semiconductor industry, our company has developed and achieved good results. By the end of 2016, we have installed more than 2100 units in China. Our products are widely distributed among the major domestic manufacturers, such as China Resources Group, Huatian, Huayue, Sun Moonlight, Zhongxin International, etc. Our products have been recognized by the industry and have a high reputation in the industry.
